We propose a model for the atom which would explain the weak and strong nuclear forces as well as the electromagnetic force. We then demonstrate that General Relativity with some minor changes would constitute a 'theory of everything' with this new atom model.

We discuss machine learning and its application to security, microchips and present a testable mathematical hypothesis on how the brain stores memories. In particular we present prototypes for next generation processors and RAM memories.

We discuss an encryption scheme based on reinforcement learning where a ciphertext is given by an optimal path from the message given by the Bellman equation. We then prove that the encryption scheme is CP A-secure. We discuss possible ways to use the photoelectric effect in electric batteries and the construction of a carbon dioxide filter.
