Abstract
Anomalous left coronary artery originated from the pulmonary artery
(ALCAPA) is a rare cardiac abnormality (incidence: <0.5%). We
experienced an extremely rare case of ALCAPA that discovered with the
self-reported symptom of epigastralgia for two years, though the
abdominal examinations were totally normal. Various echocardiographic
and CTA methods were useful for its diagnosis.
