Abstract

Binswanger's disease (BD) or sub-cortical vascular dementia is a rare form of dementia that is caused by long-time small vessel ischemic changes in the brain's white matter[1]. Commonly associated with long-standing diabetes, hypertension & previous cerebrovascular events[2]. Neurological examination, as well as radiological evidence, is important to exclude the diagnosis with other related cerebrospinal-vascular disease. Her Solving diagnostic dilemmas leads to a successful treatment & follow-up with the disease prognosis.
