Kristi J. Shryock is the Frank and Jean
Raymond Foundation Inc. Endowed
Associate Professor in Multidisciplinary
Engineering and Affiliated Faculty in
Aerospace Engineering in the College of
Engineering at Texas A&M University.
Her research encompasses helping to form
the engineer of the future through a
network of transformational strategies that
personalizes education using a
multifaceted system. These strategies include informing early,
addressing preparation for success, increasing diversity of the
field, establishing strong identity as an engineer, and
enhancing critical and professional skills. Her integrated
educational toolkit allows the educator to understand relationships between and how best to integrate strategies for
student success with the objective of preparing the engineer of 2050.
