Stephanie Eunice Ama Ntumy with ORCID I.D: 0000-0002-0914-6263 is a permanent resident of Botswana. She obtained BA degrees from the Universities of Ghana and South Africa and M Ed degree from the University of Botswana in 2010. A D Ed degree was awarded to her by the University of South Africa (UNISA) in 2014. Her experience in education ranged from head of department, teaching practice coordinator, and a field education officer in Botswana. Her research areas relate mainly to assessment practices (that align with demands of the global market), evaluation, education policy studies, effective teaching, e-learning during times of disruptions, as well as report on judgment of a case in the in courts. She has mini- reviewed her article for publication in a journal, and reviewed manuscripts of authors. Her investigation into Inclusive Education is her attempt to bring the plight of learners with disabilities in Botswana to the fore, to fast track intervention measures to combat the challenge.
