Andrews A. Okine received his BS degree (First Class Honours) in Telecommunication Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana, in 2014 and the MS degree in Communication and Information Systems from Jiangsu University, China, in 2019. His research interests include optical wireless communications, heterogeneous networks, UAV-based mobile networks, mobility management, wireless resource allocation, green communications and machine learning for wireless communication.
