Graduate Research Assistant at Oklahoma State University
Mr. M. Umar Akbar is working as a Graduate Research Student (GRA) in the Dept. of Biosystems and Agricultural Engineering, Oklahoma State University, Stillwater. I am mainly working by incorporating ground-based data and remote sensing datasets in hydrology, climate change, agriculture, water resources planning, management, and systems modeling to inform resource management frameworks and derive policy insights that promote sustainability in the Upper Red River Basin (URRB). I am also working on water quality and Environmental issues in agro-urban regions of Irrigated Indus Basin (IIB) in Pakistan.
