O PREreview oferece um espaço para qualquer pesquisador, independentemente de seu nível de carreira, fornecer feedback para resultados científicos emergentes.Nossas ResponsabilidadesA equipe da PREreview é responsável por esclarecer os padrões de comportamento aceitável e espera-se que ela tome as ações corretivas apropriadas e justas em resposta a quaisquer instâncias de comportamento inaceitável.A equipe do PREreview tem o direito e a responsabilidade de remover, editar ou rejeitar revisões e comentários e outras contribuições que não estejam alinhadas com este Código de Conduta, bem como proibir temporária ou permanentemente qualquer colaborador por outros comportamentos que julgar inapropriados, ameaçador, ofensivo ou prejudicial.A quem este Código de Conduta se aplica?Este Código de Conduta se aplica aos membros do PREreview que contribuem diretamente nesta plataforma ou aos membros / não membros que participam de eventos organizados pelo PREreview (workshops, clubes de periódicos de pré-impressão ao vivo, telefonemas à comunidade etc.).Denúncias de violações do Código de CondutaInstâncias de comportamento abusivo, assediador ou inaceitável podem ser relatadas diretamente entrando em contato com a equipe de liderança do PREreview em [email protected] ou anonimamente, preenchendo este formulário anônimo .Um exemplo de comportamento inaceitável inclui, mas não se limita a, um comentário rude e / ou destrutivo que aparece em uma pré-revisão (veja abaixo mais exemplos de comportamento inaceitável).Todas as reclamações serão analisadas e investigadas e resultarão em uma resposta considerada necessária e apropriada às circunstâncias.A equipe da PREreview é obrigada a manter a confidencialidade em relação à pessoa que relata um incidente. Detalhes adicionais de políticas específicas de imposição podem ser publicados separadamente. Os membros da PREreview que não seguem e os membros da equipe da PREreview que não aplicam o Código de Conduta podem enfrentar repercussões temporárias ou permanentes, conforme determinado por outros membros da liderança do projeto.Exemplos de comportamentos que contribuem para criar um ambiente positivo incluem:Usando linguagem acolhedora e inclusiva;Fornecer feedback construtivo, ou seja , útil para o receptor (veja mais abaixo);Ser respeitoso com diferentes pontos de vista e experiências;Aceitando críticas construtivas;Focar o que é melhor para a comunidade;Mostrando empatia com outros membros da comunidade.Exemplos de comportamentos inaceitáveis pelos participantes incluem:comentários ofensivos / depreciativos e ataques pessoais ou políticos;Fornecer feedback não construtivo ou perturbador sobre o PREreview;Assédio público ou privado;Publicar informações privadas de outras pessoas, como um endereço físico ou eletrônico, sem permissão explícita;O uso de linguagem ou imagem sexualizada e atenção ou atos sexuais indesejados;Qualquer outra conduta que possa ser considerada inadequada em um ambiente profissional.Interesses concorrentesNa PREreview, solicitamos a todos os colaboradores que divulguem qualquer interesse concorrente (IC) que possa existir entre um autor de revisão rápida (ou organização afiliada) e o (s) autor (es) (ou organização afiliada) da pré-impressão revisada.No contexto dessa plataforma, um interesse concorrente é qualquer coisa que interfira com, ou possa ser razoavelmente percebido como interferindo, com o objetivo de uma revisão de uma pré-impressão no PREreview.Exemplos de interesses concorrentes que seriam considerados uma violação deste Código de Conduta, se não divulgados, incluem, entre outros:O autor da PREreview é um autor da pré-impressão revisada;O autor da pré-revisão mantém um relacionamento pessoal com o (s) autor (es) da pré-impressão revisada;O autor da Pré-revisão é um rival ou concorrente do (s) autor (es) da pré-impressão revisada;O autor da revisão prévia trabalhou recentemente na mesma instituição ou organização que o (s) autor (es) da pré-impressão revisada;O autor da PREreview é um colaborador do (s) autor (es) da pré-impressão revisada;O autor da PREreview publicou com o (s) autor (es) da pré-impressão revisada durante os últimos 5 anos;O autor da PREreview possui uma concessão com o (s) autor (es) da pré-impressão revisada.Os interesses concorrentes são importantes porque podem introduzir um viés percebido ou real na avaliação da pré-impressão que pode ter repercussões até a aceitação do periódico naquele manuscrito.Se você acha que tem um interesse concorrente em potencial com os autores ou com a organização à qual o autor está afiliado, divulgue-o na sua pré-visualização.
