Abstract
Lipomatous hypertrophy of the interatrial septum (LHIAS) is a benign
cardiac tumor. Differential diagnosis of LHIAS consists of atrial masses
such as myxomas or lipomas. Herein, we report a 66-year-old male,
admitted as a case of severe COVID-19 and was found to have a LHIAS
extending to the crista terminalis.
