Abstract
Ovarian molar pregnancy, though a very rare entity, behaves like any
other molar pregnancy. After surgical management, close follow-up with
Beta Human Chorionic Gonadotrophin surveillance is invariable to detect
progression to persistent Gestational Trophoblastic Disease, which if
