Assistant professor at the University of Brasilia, Gama campus. Graduated in Electrical Engineering from University of Brasilia (2006) and obtained his Masters and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from University of Brasilia (2007 and 2012, respectively). Has worked in several R&D projects with companies and government agencies, such as Eletrobrás Eletronorte, Hewlett-Packard Brazil, Petrobrás and Samsung Research Brazil. Worked as electronics maintenance engineer at Eletronorte in 2007, and teached at the Federal Institute of Brasília (IFB) in 2011. Has experience in digital signal processing, acting on the following subjects: digital image and video compression, 3D and multiview processing, super resolution and power quality.
