Intelligent job matching technology utilizes artificial intelligence to help people find suitable jobs more effectively. However, the development of this technology also brings a series of ethical and privacy issues, with data security and algorithm fairness being two main concerns. This paper synthesizes existing research, first introducing the background and current status of intelligent job matching technology, and then focusing on the challenges and solutions in data security and algorithm fairness, supported by relevant literature. Finally, through case analysis and future outlook, the development trends of ethical and privacy considerations in intelligent job matching technology are discussed.
