In patients with Uveal melanoma, cardiac metastases can present without any symptoms and carries a poor prognosis. It is becoming more common than previously thought and highlights the importance of routine surveillance after definitive treatment.

Endomyocardial fibrosis is a disease that causes restrictive cardiomyopathy, it varies in presentation ranging from asymptomatic to full-blown heart failure. its pathogenesis is poorly understood and it poses a diagnostic and treatment challenge due to its infrequent occurrence.

Lipomatous hypertrophy of the interatrial septum (LHIAS) is a benign cardiac tumor. Differential diagnosis of LHIAS consists of atrial masses such as myxomas or lipomas. Herein, we report a 66-year-old male, admitted as a case of severe COVID-19 and was found to have a LHIAS extending to the crista terminalis.
